Feeding time...

This is a new pet shop outlet at Jalan Dato Keramat, owned by one of my sister's friend. Guiding and introducing the outlet to his papa as this is the 1st visit for my hubby, 3rd time for my boy *wink*…
They have a wide range of fishes, from the sea to fresh water fishes, i.e. Trigger fish, Lion fish, Sting Rays, prawns, cat fishes, lobsters, Nemo (crown fish), Dory etc. They even have a section for hamster, cats and dogs, to sell and to groom them. Cool, huh?!
The highlight to that place for my boy and girl is because they get to feed the big Japanese Carp… See my boy touched and “sayang” the fish and my hubby did that too…
The guy who always served us told my hubby that my boy is very cute and good advertising customer to them, cos' every tank he walked by he will screamed excitedly, “Mummy, look! Mummy look! This is nice!...” *Shy, almost fainted*
We ended up with some gold fish home that day, instead of buying the lil red prawns as planned. My lil girl named hers as “Tua Pui” (Fatty) Fish… because the tummy is fat like her mummy’s *Totally fainted*…

Little Celebration of Success !!!

After dinner last Saturday, I met up with my cousins at Gurney Plaza Starbucks... A small treat to celebrate the great success of my 2 very clever nieces, for their great success of scoring straight 'A's in their Form 3 PMR; the elder niece scored last year and the younger one got her 8As result recently. *envy*
We girls, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk… they boys played “Rock, Paper, Scissors”!
From CafĂ© Latte to Cappuccino to Mocha and Hot Chocolate… not forgetting my son’s favourite… “Missy Donut”!…… We enjoyed ourselves so much!

Congratulations, girls! Keep it up!

Hope my children will be that smart too...

Potluck! Potluck!

On the 21st December 2007, taken a chance of the 1 day break, we had a small potluck party at my home!
We started the gathering as early as 4pm… Jessica brought in her “Lek Tao Th’ng” (Green bean dessert), Wendy fried us her mouth-watering oink-oink bihoon, Soo Theng brought in a delicious tray of lasagnia, Huan Lin make us a nice steamed chicken and blablabla…Loads of food!
I am so pleased that so many of my friends & colleagues and my special invited guests/ my old friends… Soo Theng, Arlene, Wei Ney, Bette, Huan Lin, Michael were able to join us that day, not forgetting, my boss Mr Soo, that able to make it too!
We had great fun and will try to arrange for another one to include those friends who are not able to make it that day! *wink*

The THING...

Today, Sunday…… I was scheduled to be on duty from 2pm to 10pm...Sigh!

After having lunch with my family, my hubby dropped me to my office, promised that he will take care of the children usual Sunday activities (my son’s revisions & my daughter’s afternoon nap) and will join me for dinner! Thanks, Dear *muak*

As I’ll be alone in the office, I locked the door after entering and started to clear my work. After a while, nature call & I need to go for ladies… I had a bad feeling, a very very bad felling… sigh! I sensed that I will meet the creature I hated & scared the most...CICAK, THE LIZARD!!! I visited Nicole for her 1st duty last night. Can’t forget that moment, I was screaming and running off when that THING was looking at me at the cabinet near the door)… So scared!

OMG!!! It is there! I dared not open the door(the ladies is outside); I ran back to my office to get Fumakilla HIT-Z Aerosol to spray on it… it ran in between the wall and the cabinet near the door. I was almost in tears, standing there… Stoned! Suddenly, it struggled and fell on the floor, right before the door. Oh! Shittttttt!!! I called the security( as they have the key to that door) to come rescue me.

2 minutes later, Security Lokman opened the door and tell me “Sudah mau mati lah, dia!” (Telling me that THING is almost dead!) I told him, “Buang! Buang! Tolong buang!”(Please throw that THING away)… he said okay and asked me if I have paper and where is the dustbin. I panicky said, “No! No! Flush! Flush away in the male toilet please!” Phew! He did it! He did it! Thank God!

***Sorry ya, no photo taken for the Hero or the THING, please bare with the Fumakilla shot la...I was too terrified ma! Almost cried ok!!!

Her Very 1st time...

Well… Today is the day of her very 1st time… She woke up with full discipline, looking forward to go to her “yellow school” (Melody Kindyland – all painted in yellow, with a Mascot of Giraffe and Ultraman at the compound)… She has always been wanted to go to school as my son has always talked about how much fun he had in Melody!

I put on her school uniform, S size was still a little too big for her but she looks so grown up! Bring along a small Mickey Mouse back-pack and her favourite “Princess” water tumble, she smiles all the way every single moment I took her photos…

Thank God that she loves school, (even a bit cranky after the Spiderman visit arranged by the school on the 2nd day) It takes me 2 days to settle her down. All the teachers and helper there were very helpful and experienced. She got settled down pretty fast… Thank God again!!!

Tight Schedule.....

Sorry for lack of updates lately…

After a week of my recent Hong Kong vacation with my family, my work schedule has been really tight, following through the arrangements for Christmas promotion materials and others… On top of that, my lil girl has started going to her Nursery on the 5th of December; I have been taking 6 half days to ensure she got settle down for it(This is the 1st time she’s ever to step in school). That leaves me only half day in office… So no time lo... :P
